In 2015 First Choice Emergency Room sponsored its first 18 Sponsor A Highway® signs throughout the major metropolitan areas in Texas. Since then, it has continued to grow its footprint in the surrounding communities.
Now, not only is First Choice ER the largest emergency room system in Texas, First Choice ER is also the largest sponsor of the Texas Sponsor A Highway® Program and we’re pleased to announce our new and growing partnership throughout each of the major metropolitan areas!
